We are currently seeking Internship Configuration Consultant to join our team in Spain, as we continue to expand our leading SaaS automation platform to plan, manage and distribute marketing content across all media in the fast growing Marketing Technology (MarTech) space.

After 6 months internship, the candidate will join as a permanent employee with fixed salary, variable and company benefits.

Required skills and experience

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player and manage change effectively
• Experience with excel, csv, xml, json formats
• Understanding of working with REST API
• Understanding of digital and offline marketing, and working with web, social, video and print media output
• Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems.
• Intermediate HTML, CSS and Javascript. Important to emphasize to the candidates: Encode is like a Lego, they simply have to put the puzzle pieces together. Candidates would not use html / css / javascript but having experience with these or similar technologies would give them the mindset to be able to configure Encode. The candidate would take the requirements of the project managers to build the required product.
• Proactive, responsible, resilient and with a sense of urgency.
• Solid understanding of general business business models, concepts and strategies.
  
  

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of Linux based systems
• IT Support experience: Candidate will have to support on bug reporting)
• Hands on experience with low-code / no code system configuration
• Basic knowledge of what a PIM, DAM, MRM or CRM (customer relationship management) is. These are very easy to learn, you can study what it is during the process before our interview.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• 1-3 years - working experience, although with 1 can be sufficient.
• Adobe After Effects  Knowledge.
